Belmont Group LLC operates the Belmont side of a 12-acre campus in downtown Salem, Oregon — commercial buildings, small warehouses and garages, a few rental houses, and the Belmont Gym — all next door to our sister facility, Downtown Storage & Warehouse.
We're independent and family-run. When you rent with us, you're not dealing with a leasing agent in another city — you're dealing with the people who own the buildings and live in the same town.
