A locally owned property company in downtown Salem.

Belmont Group LLC owns and operates the Belmont side of a 12-acre campus in downtown Salem, Oregon. Our portfolio includes ten-plus commercial and warehouse buildings, a small set of rental homes, and the Belmont Gym — all next door to our sister facility, Downtown Storage & Warehouse.

We're independent, family-run, and have been a part of downtown Salem for years. When you rent with us, you're not dealing with a leasing agent in another city — you're dealing with the people who own the building and live in the same town.
